Dispatching ballot papers for the 27 November by-elections begins today.The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is sending 39 pallets of materials to electoral areas across the country.The final batch of 29 pallets arrived on Thursday evening at IEBC headquarters.Commissioners Mr Hassan Noor Hassan and Ms Ann Nderitu received the shipment and confirmed that all materials were intact.“Everything is verified and ready for dispatch. We are committed to transparency and integrity,” Ms Nderitu said.The first batch of 10 pallets arrived on Wednesday, 19 November.Mr Hassan Noor Hassan added: “Our teams have prepared for secure and efficient distribution.”IEBC Chair Mr Erastus Edung Ethekon assured Kenyans that the commission is ready for the exercise.“We have received all election materials in full and will dispatch them on Friday.
