IEBC distributes ballot papers for November 27 by-elections

Dispatching ballot papers for the 27 November by-elections begins today.The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is sending 39 pallets of materials to electoral areas across the country.The final batch of 29 pallets arrived on Thursday evening at IEBC headquarters.Commissioners Mr Hassan Noor Hassan and Ms Ann Nderitu received the shipment and confirmed that all materials were intact.“Everything is verified and ready for dispatch.
