Kenya Shujaa set up South Africa clash after dramatic win over USA

Kenya’s Shujaa recovered from an early 0-10 deficit to defeat USA 17-10 and qualify for the Cup quarter-finals at the Hong Kong Sevens on Saturday.

Kenya Shujaa will renew rivalry with South Africa after squeezing through to  Cup quarter-finals by beating USA 17-10 after coming from 0-10 down at Hong Kong Sevens on Saturday.

John Okoth, Dennis Abukuse and Nygel Amaitsa scored the all-important tries that gave Shujaa the quarter-final ticket at the expense of USA.

Coach Kevin Wambua's side, which lost to Australia and New Zealand in their first two group stage matches, now face a herculean task to reach semi-final stage.

From 75 meetings with South Africa, Shujaa have lost 65, won nine and drawn one.
