Leading the worldwide rankings is Spain, followed by USA, while England is now in third place after switching positions with Germany which has dropped one spot to fourth. Japan is three places up to fifth, while Brazil and France remain sixth and seventh, respectively.

Sweden is down three places to eighth, as Canada and Netherlands wrap up the top 10 spots after moving up one place each to ninth and 10th in that order.
